Emmentaler Cheese (8oz) Review



Named for the Emme valley in Switzerland, Emmenthaler is sometimes known as Swiss cheese in North America, although Swiss cheese does not always imply Emmental. It has a distinctive nutty flavor and a delicate aroma. This versatile cheese i s often used on gratins, in sandwiches and fondues, or on the table paired with a crisp dry white wine.
