Red Hot Dutch is a spicy Edam-style cheese with dried Red Hot chili peppers; a cheese that is not for the faint at heart. The first bite will slowly explode into a cacophony of flavor. Unlike the peppers used for other pepper cheeses, the dried chilies offer both flavor and spiciness. A special treat for the adventurous cheese explorer and it may be a good thing to have your favorite beer handy. We cut and wrap this cheese in wedges of 8 ounces and 1 pound.
